TD Nails & Spa

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a specific design, and not only were the colors completely wrong, but when I asked for them to be fixed or removed, the technician refused and left them on my nails. I had no choice but to go to another salon and pay again just to have them soaked off properly. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the technician argued with me, told me to calm down, and acted as if the mistake was my fault. That is the opposite of professionalism. No customer should be disrespected or dismissed like that, especially after paying for a service that was done incorrectly. Honestly, this salon deserves to be on the east side, not in Dominion. If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, do not come here. There are plenty of salons that actually listen to their clients and stand behind their work this is not one of them.

Hanna and her team all do such a fantastic job EVERY time I come in. When I moved here, I tried multiple nail salons before I was lucky enough to find this place. Besides my nails always looking great, they are also very friendly, sanitary and offer different beverages (soda, water, wine be etc…). Big fan!

I walked in the salon showed the lady a picture. She confirmed with me that I wanted long stiletto with design. I said yes she then gives me almond nails. I tell her a couple of times three times to be exact. No they need to be pointier they need to be pointy their stiletto Well after the third time of me telling her that she tells me do you just wanna leave do you not want the design? I said well I came here to get this done so yes I wanna get it done. I told her I could fix the shape whenever I got home she gave me the file and said fix it Here And then wanted to continue to charge me for the nail shape after having to shape my own nails and did not even get what I wanted. It’s somewhat OK she tried charging me $108 when I told her that no it should be discounted because I shaped my own nails she takes five dollars off. The lady also told me I don’t know why you didn’t go to the salon that usually does your nails they obviously do a good job? Horrible customer service and if you want design stuff shape or length look somewhere else you can get a lot better job for a lot cheaper price. She also took a picture with their card of my Nails to post to their page like she did it

Came here straight from another salon who did a terrible job and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Thank you Reagan for fixing the shape and for the super cute design!

i had bounced from nail salons trying to find the perfect one, and this is exactly that!! every one i have interacted with is so friendly and i always leave with a smile. i’m one of those girls that comes in with a pinterest inspired set of nails and reagan has never let me down!!! he does my nail so well that it might as well be the inspiration picture. he always goes above and beyond for me and my nails and after terrible experiences in the past at other salons - i really really appreciate it :) 11/10 would recommend!!
