La Dolce Nail Spa Spring

Updated to 5 Stars! I was contacted by a manager shortly after my review, and they invited me back to correct the issues. They absolutely delivered. My nails were fixed beautifully, and they’re right back to being one of the best salons I’ve experienced. I genuinely feel my previous visit was just a very rare off day, and I fully trust that if I’m ever not 100% satisfied, they will make it right. Original experience: I’ve been to this salon several times and usually have a great experience, which is why I kept coming back. My most recent visit wasn’t up to their usual standard. I walked in to have my acrylics removed and my natural nails painted. I explained this both at check-in and to my nail tech, but my acrylics weren’t fully removed and my nails were left uneven and wavy. I was charged $62 for a manicure I didn’t ask for, and the overall service didn’t match what I was used to. At the time, I felt walk-ins didn’t receive the same level of attention. I’m very glad I spoke up — they truly stand behind their work and made everything right.

First visit - I was so impressed by the efficiency of this business! My appointment time was honored despite the spa being packed with clients. No one seemed to wait too long and it was clear to see every associate was working diligently with their clients. Everyone was so kind and welcoming & I was offered a complimentary beverage after I was sat at a massage chair, which was a small detail that made this visit feel all the more pampering. I also noticed immediately that an associate would clean thoroughly after clients left a chair and that stood out to me as a high standard of cleanliness at this spa. That being said, there are a LOT of scents competing in the space that I had to take some time getting used to (nail scents, scented products, oil scents in the bathroom & cleaning agents - it took a while but my nose adjusted & it wasn’t enough to keep me from coming back, the services were 11/10) KT did a full set of builder gel with a pearly chrome finish and was very attentive to detail which I appreciated so much. They turned out wonderful. Vivian gave the best pedicure I think I’ve ever had (after the scrubs and massages, the steamer warming the leg mask while my feet were wrapped up with paraffin wax was so relaxing. I highly recommend the botanical garden pedi). I was more relaxed than I expected to be and felt so refreshed after these services. I’m excited to go back and grateful that I’ve found a great spot for some pampering & relaxation, with the kindest people!

I absolutely love this nail salon. This is my 3rd time coming here and I've got only positive things to say about my experiences. First off, the atmosphere is the best. The decor is always on point! I've shared pictures of the times I've visited and they NEVER MISS. So cute. The drinks are delicious (and strong) and their service is stellar. I want to shout out Leon who did my nails last time I went, he's brilliant. Best place I've been to!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had a nail salon EVER. The salon itself is luxurious, clean, and so beautiful. I got a fill on my nails with a design. Anna did my nails. I showed her my inspiration picture and she nailed it!! Tammy did my pedicure and she did such a good job! Both of my nail techs were SO detail oriented and sweet and gave me the full Princess treatment. I’m in awe of the service and kindness of everyone at La Dolce. I’m obsessed with you all and I will be a customer for life. I can’t wait to come back and see Anna and Tammy again!

This is my second time coming to La Dolce and it really is a wonderfully pampering experience! Holly did a great job giving Christmas-themed nails that were chic, versatile, and understated. The salon is clean, well-decorated, and they have a wide range of nail colors and features to choose from. I also love getting a pedicure as they're very good at massaging your feet. They also accommodated an allergy I had, adding the note to my account since I definitely plan on being a regular!
