Amanda was absolutely perfect in every way. She is super considerate and gentle, as well as incredibly sweet. She smiles very pretty too! She made sure my nails were shaped perfectly and was careful about every step. my nails have never looked so good! this is my first time at this salon and cant wait to come back. the hospitality and customer service was super refreshing. My nails are the purple sparkles, my mom has the gold. My moms artist was kimie, she was amazing as well. my mom notoriously wont speak up out of shyness but kimie made sure she liked every step, the shape/colour/etc. mom got to leave 100% happy! we are thrilled we finally found a spot that truly does the best work.

This is an edit to a previously 1 star review: I went in this morning, because within 24hrs of being at the salon getting a brand new set one of the nails had already fallen off. At this point I was already feeling irritated. Walking in I was greeted super friendly and helpful I didn’t catch her name though wish I had. The manager took me in and instantly reassured me that he would make things right and made me feel understood of what I wanted. Manager is super cool and I love that he actually paid attention to the detail even corrected something that I wouldn’t even have noticed. I can honestly say that I left feeling way better and with a smile on my face. (The pink nails is what I originally left the salon with and the French is the set along with the original inspo pic) Not quite sure how I feel about this. I recently moved to south Austin and looking for my new nail spot. Saw the really good reviews and noticed that the nail art was really good so I decided to give them a shot, because what I wanted was so simple compared to these pictures. staff was i suppose friendly kind of kept to themselves.. I went in wanting a soft milky French gel builder set.. it’s definitely trust the process with them, started off looking like duck nails which had me a bit nervous but then got better. When it came down to trying to achieve the look I wanted I will say the tech tried her best but I ended up walking out with just a basic full nail one color set which really has me disappointed. I like to go get my nails done to feel relaxed and decompress and I came out feeling ugh… won’t be returning but staff is nice.

AMANDA does an amazing job as well as Sam VERY FRIENDLY staff very professional great customer service always making sure I’m doing okay, if you want a perfectionist Amanda is your girl, she is so detailed and clean with her work, you can tell she has a system. She also cleaned my nail cuticles 👏 she cut my ingrown nail so good she wasn’t afraid to go in there but she would always ask me if the level of pain was okay.. her creativity matches mine. 💖🥰 great work ethic Amanda

It's so hard to find a good nail tech. Tee is so talented I've recommended so many people who only have amazing things to say. I've also worked with Amanda on my pedicures and she's amazing. So detailed and her massages are so relaxing! Do yourself a favor and go see my girls! I absolutely adore coming here. They are extremely professional and kind the drinks are the best. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere, amazing staff. Patient with last minute changes. Will accommodate walk-ins. Highly recommend getting a drink, so tasty. The nail techs are great at what they do, fine line, ombre, or combination designs 10/10 would recommend. I'll be coming back Everytime I'm in Austin. Thank you SO MUCH!
