Rating this nail salon two stars because every other experience has been amazing except this time. Unfortunately I will be going to a salon close to where I live instead of this one. I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 6 months and the service has always been exceptional. This time was not exceptional. I came in for a quick fill because I was in the area and wanted a fill to hold me off until I got a new set for the holidays. I asked for a fill and change of color. The older balding male technician asked if I wanted a new set and I said I wanted a quick fill because I was strapped for time and wanted to hold off until a couple weeks. He asked how long it had been since I had a new fill and I said I wasn't sure. He then asked what color and I said French white tip square shape. He said my nails were too short for square shape and i said it was okay that he could keep the same shape . He got upset I guess because I didn't want to get a new set and he started pulling my hands aggressively and drilling super hard and quick. He snapped at me and told me to relax my hands and I said I couldn't because it was burning really bad. He cut multiple cuticles, which started bleeding. I almost asked him to stop and just pay for what he had already done but I didn't have any other time to get them done so I just endured the pain. He was very rude and then when it came time to pay he was staring at the tip part of the receipt to see how much I would tip. I only tipped 10% because the service was terrible. The fill was $65 plus the 10% tip which was not worth what I went through. I will never come back to this salon

CHEMICAL BURN! I was charged $90 for this short set and this was the quality. Posting this 11/22 for visibility but got the work done 11/18. Got rings of fire drilled onto my natural nail beds, the cuticle clean up basically still left dead skin and still cut me up so bad my fingers are still healing. Cant even use lotion on my hands because the cuticles burn when i do. To top it off, my left hand thumb cuticle was burned so bad its bruised and hurting all the way to my thumbs knuckle. I take care of my nails beds and cuticles so well and this set literally ruined my nail beds and my cuticles. Sad to be posting this because i really liked this place but the last 3 sets have been rushed and now this set with someone different than my go to person is atrocious in quality of their work. The shape is also not what I asked for, when he asked me what shape I wanted, I specifically told him i wanted my same square nail shape i already had, just shortened down. I even asked him to not file my side walls upwards just straight starting at free edge (tips) and he proceded to start filing the shape upwards from the side walls and created more of a coffin shape. When i told them at pay time that my thumb was getting purple and hurting so bad, they told me there was no purple showing. The picture with the minty green nails is for comparison of when i cleaned out my own cuticles at home. Even i didn’t mess up my nails like this tech did.

This is the 2nd time with Nathan now “Nate Dog” lol and he has done it again! I’m so in love with my nails and I will be returning again. His attention to detail and his skill have shown so beautifully!! Thanks so much Nathan!! Get you an appointment asap!!

Having been coming here consistently for the last few months and always get Becky !! She does incredible work and she’s so attentive to details I alway leave loving my set!! Def recommend if you live lots of designs!!
