2025-09-20This was my first time trying this place out. It smelled clean when I walked in and everything looked organized. However, MY experience wasn’t the best. The lady who helped me (I believe her name was Linda from the name on the box) seemed a bit unhappy from the start. I purchased the $45 pedicure, plus gel for $20, and I believe they charged me $3 to remove regular nail polish I had, and I left $3 tip. $71 total. The service felt rough at times, and I was accidentally cut with the nail clipper. I also noticed the file looked like it had been used before. The gel application was very uneven, which I unfortunately noticed more clearly once I stepped outside. I went back in to let them know, and the young lady at the front was very kind and got the technician to redo them. While I appreciated that, the second time also felt a little rough. I understand everyone has hard days, but as a customer spending hard-earned money, I think it’s fair to hope for quality service and care.

2025-11-29Clean environment but I got gel nails, my top coat came off in less than 24 hours not to mention my nail beds had paint all over them. My nails definitely did not look the cleanest, and for gel nail polish the service took too long for the paint to start chipping in less than 24hrs. I also did not get the design I wanted after showing my picture of the color I wanted multiple times he proceeded to pick a completely different color and start painting. 2025-12-17The owner was rude, they act like they cant understand English, they understand very well! Its a ripoff they spend down their nail polishes to stretch them but it ends up changing the color and making the nail polish weak and light Bad service all around
