5th Nail Lounge

Usually, I love going here and I always get Trihn and she’s amazing, But this is the second time the old owner lady has been an absolute kook. Last time was when I got cat eye nails and they popped off within A few days and when I went back to try to get them fixed, she acted like it was the absolute end of the world. I took a long break from going there and I just started going back in the beginning of November. Then today I go in And while Tina was great, my service took almost a full two hours for a simple pedicure and a quick dip removal and gel polish application manicure. Then to top it all off I go to pay with two regular $50 visa debit gift cards that I got as Christmas gifts at work that were completely activated and loaded, but her system wouldn’t let her charge more than a dollar at a time. I tried to show that on my phone they were both completely activated and I could show her the dollar amount yet she still treated me horribly and embarrassed me in front of the entire salon because I didn’t have another way of paying. I tried for almost an hour to figure out the payment while my babysitter was stuck waiting with my son. I’m Eight months pregnant and had my three year-old toddler with me just trying to get my feet done before I go to the hospital to have this baby in a couple weeks and I was in tears after standing there trying to sort it out for so long. And finally, the only option she gave was for her to keep the gift cards so I could finally just go. Absolutely horrible treatment and I won’t ever go back. I also care for teenage girls at my job and typically, when I take them to get their nails done, we go there, but never again.

I decided to try out a new nail salon convenient near me. Man, do I regret it! I got a french manicure done. Ms. T had to redo all the white tips on my right hand because they didn’t turn out. After they were all redone, she went back in and took the white tips off of another one of my fingers. Mind you, this was not caused by my doing or my criticism to redo them. All said and done, the attention to detail was poorly executed. Fast forward, within a WEEK my nails were chipping. So, I went back in and had them redone. They were nice enough to do them for free. This second time wasn’t much better. There was a hair in my nail polish and I went to get it out with my fingers and Ms. T swatted my hand away. Fast forward less than a week, and they are all chipping again. Worst experience ever. One experience doesn’t define a nail salon, but the same thing happening twice says something.

I recently had my acrylic nails taken off to go to my natural nails for a while and I didn't want to drive all the way to pigeon forge to get them done like I usually do. So I decided to try 5th nail lounge. Queenie did my manicure and she did a really nice job. I am really happy with the service and my nails look great!

I live in Jefferson City and I’ve been looking for a professional/clean nail salon. I stopped in without an appointment and requested a pedicure along with full nail set. I’m beyond impressed with the staff and their expertise. Donnie did an amazing job on my nails. The design was exactly what I asked for. Thank you!

I was a “walk in” and they got me in right away with Alex. She was great and so nice. She knew exactly what I wanted and made my nails look beautiful! I come here whenever I’m in town.
