Underground Nails

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I felt I had the worst nail experience of my life up to this point. I uploaded a picture (clearly a screenshot) of what I showed the nail artist that I wanted. The second picture is what I got. She was very sweet, and I kept trying to give each step of her design a chance and then at the end asked for chrome to hopefully make it shiny as it was extremely dull. At this point it very scarcely matched the inspo photo. It was basically a dull and chiseled down version with no shine and just plain ugly. I hoped to add chrome to shine it up and make it pretty and just make do. She pulled out a silver Christmas ornament-like chrome powder that completely then changed the color of my nails. She knew I had to leave soon and didn’t have much time, so I told her they were fine and tried to make her feel good. But the truth is when I got home I was so upset by what I had paid $55 for plus tip, that I buffed and repainted them myself. (I am not a nail artist whatsoever) they still turned out better than the job I had gotten done here. I would just encourage the nail techs there to make sure before they take on a client, that their skill level is up to the task.

I just moved to the area and I was so impressed with the cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and professionalism with everyone there. I had Halie and she did a fabulous job!! She really listened to what I was looking for and she paid attention to the little details. I have found my new nail tech and am so happy with my experience there!!

I came in Saturday and wasn't happy with my nails so i reached out to the owner to let her know the situation and she offered to come in on her day off to redo them for me. That speaks volumes of the owner. She redid them and they looked so much better. I really enjoyed them. However one of my nails broke, she did replace it free of charge. Which I greatly appreciated. Now I have a hairline crack in another. While I appreciate her services, and how she went literally above and beyond to fix things I probably won't be back. Ive had nexgen on my nails several times with tips and never have had this issue I'm Pictures Attached!

I won’t go to any other nail salon, but Underground nails!! Crystal always does a fantastic job on my nails that always last 3-4 weeks for dip!! Jayla did my pedicure today and it was so detailed!! My feet feel and look amazing!!

i’ve usually had a good experience with underground nails but this last set of nails i got the experience was not all that great i went on tuesday and wanted white nails with chrome on them she charged me $60 for the set i had them for four days and they started lifting and popping off i couldn’t call bc it was a sunday and they r closed sunday and monday so i called first thing tuesday and the woman on the phone asked me if i could come in at 2:40 i had work at 2 i told her morning would be best she got me in thursday at 9 and i know its not much but she charged me another $10 bc it has been over a week i was thinking i didn’t have the nails on a week i had them on four days they were bumpy i just don’t think $70 for white nails was a reasonable price and to have dips in them decently not.
