VSL NAIL SPA Capital View

I’ve come here 4-5 times and they have always been great but today was a total disappointment, my friend & i made an appointment to both get our nails done. They started on my nails and barely acknowledged my friend And didn’t Send anyone else over so eventually my friend decided to leave, but I was committed to getting my nails done so I stayed. My nail technician was really rough with my nails literally hurting me, and I kept asking her to be more gentle. She took a really long time to do my nails, even though I was in a hurry to leave because my friend, who was my ride Waited in the parking lot for me. It’s now been a few hours since I’ve gotten my nails done. The paint is uneven, and one of the nails has already had the polish completely fall off and my pinky nail is sooooo crooked. When I left , I tipped very well considering the bad service, but the owner nearly chased me out to make Sure I tipped I guess assuming I wasn’t going to. Now I wish I hadn’t. We had a feeling we shouldn’t have come back after our last visit. They told us they could do our nails and toes At the same time, but then once we got there, they did not .. Sadly, I will be finding a new Nail salon after this one used to be my favorite

I moved to TN just a week ago I decided to look for a nail salon. I came across this place since it was close by. I asked for a design the guy didn’t know how to do it or didn’t have the gel to create the flower ( he never said picture posted vs what I got) but I told him Is ok if he can’t do it I would like this same shape and the white french . I liked the nails they are basic!! when I went to pay they charged me $117 I was in shocked of course is no way these cost so much but I paid and tip the guy! but I wouldn’t go back. These nails not worth the price. Overall the place is very nice the staff are amazing always with a smile and polite.

Avoid this place at all cost. I went to get a gel polish change on 4/6. Not even a week later on 4/8 my gel was chipping off my nails. I have been getting gel polish and gel manicures for over a year now and have never had this happen. They were paper thin. I went in 4/11 before I was heading out of town to hopefully have them fix it. They said it was not their problem and they could re do them for 20% off. All of them had cracks, chips and damaged my real nail. A lady by the name on her desk said Minh Thu Tran. She was extremely aggressive and started to file 2 of the top coats off. Only 2. I then said I said if it’s easier, we can soak off the gel and I’ll just get a refund and go somewhere else. She slammed the nail file down and said okay go somewhere else. Let me walk out of her nail salon with cracks, chips, broken nails. Not to mention I was going out of town on a trip. I was so upset and couldn’t believe the way they treated me. Still have not received anything from the manager. Absolutely do not go in there.

Walked in after work today. I was greeted immediately. They have a solid amount of color options without it being overwhelming. I sat down maybe 2 min after. Duc was my technician, he did amazing!! I’m so happy with the shape of my nails and the color. Will definitely be coming back!

Love this place. I’ve consistently been coming here for 3 years. Every single person that works here does a fantastic job. My 4 year old has been joining me since she was 2. Everyone is SO kind and patient with her. Nails always look great and last. 10/10
