Nails Pro Mt Juliet

I was in the area getting my car serviced and needed to kill time so walked over to this place. Employees were super nice and facility was clean. However, I am less than 24 hours from my appt and already have 2 nails chip. I also got home and started looking closely at how uneven the polish was painted as well as how bad the cuticles were removed. Probably one of the worst nail jobs I've ever had. I don't remember her name but a woman employee did this. Will not be going here again and it's worth it to pay more and go somewhere it will last.

I had the pleasure of having Jenny today and she was amazing! I know sometimes when you get the basic pedicure, you a very short soft leg rub and it’s almost like a rushed experience. That was not the case. I told her I wanted to do the basic so I could splurge and add the gel polish upgrade. She did fantastic job. She also realllllly rubbed my legs and hit pressure points like a true massage. It definitely was refreshing and enjoyable. The best pedicure I’ve had. I also did a fill and gel color on my hands. Again, so impressed with her work. All the shapes were even, my nails were filed thin like my natural nails and the paint job was great even on the edges. This is rare for me because I feel like I always go home and find a bump or have to fix something. Jenny really took the time to get it right the first time. She was super kind and her attitude was the sweetest. I will definitely go back and request her! Best experience yet. Thank you Jenny for making my day and my “mom time away” really enjoyable.

I just moved here so this place was recommended. The gentleman who did my nails was very personable but cut me several times with the drill, my fingers were so swollen afterwards I couldn't take my rings off. The woman who did my toes was sweet and soft spoken but she didn't let the acrylic on my big toe cure currently and now I have an infection underneath the gel color. While the place is very nice to look at they are charging you for the ambiance not the skill.

My new favorite nail salon!! Just recently moved out here and was looking for a place that would be able to do all the different designs and styles I like getting on my nails. Nails Pro Mt Juliet has been the best! I have been seeing them every month and I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve also gotten a couple pedicures & foot massage and they are the best! Thank you all!

Lin is my Angel in disguise! She does an absolute amazing job everytime I come to her with some new crazy nail idea! Never once have I had to question her on anything she was doing. Greatly priced and good vibes with drinks!
