the worst experience i have ever had, i have been here before and was extremely happy with my results but last night was unlike anything i’ve ever experienced, the tech rushed through my nails, the base color looks like shit, i said i wanted white tips which is usually the actual tip under the acrylic is white, did NOT ask for gel yet there is gel on my nails and i am allergic to gel so thats great, my nail beds weren’t great already but there are cuts all over my fingers now and he reused a used buffer and used file on my nails , my total should have been $55-$60, they wrote $75 on the receipt then somehow it was $85 for the ugliest nails i’ve ever had because i assume they went ahead and added tip themselves thinking i wasn’t paying attention . absolutely a money hungry business. id highly strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. i had a few friends recommend this place as well so i’m very sad this happened because now none of us will be returning but gratefully i can afford this loss, this could be detrimental to someone struggling trying to treat themselves to some $65 nails then they’re damn near $100 in the hole for shitty quality. i will be attempting a soak off and see if mma was used on my nails because i have a feeling

Since my husband and I moved to Tennessee, this has been our go to nail salon. We love how great the customer service is! When you walk in you are welcomed. The service is amazing! I have never had a bad service. They work diligently with my pedicures and full sets. Steve and Holly do such a great job! I will always choose to be a return customer!

AFTER I POSTED MY BAD REVIEW: The manager called me the next day and asked me to take down the review because he felt like he was fair by not charging me. I told him, the service i received was terrible and I shouldn’t be expected to pay for that anyway. I went in for a service and was completely neglected, left soaking in acetone for over an hour with zero attention or communication from the staff. Not only is that unprofessional, it’s damaging. My nails are now painfully thin, dry, and my hands looked chalky and irritated from sitting exposed for so long. This wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was borderline negligent. When I finally spoke up and asked to cancel the full set because of how poorly I was treated, they still tried to move forward like nothing was wrong. And when I reasonably asked if there would be a discount after being ignored for over an hour, they acted like I was the problem. Only after I pushed back did they agree to remove a $15 charge. That’s not customer service, that’s damage control. I left without getting her nails done and in worse condition than when I walked in. This place does not respect your time, your money, or your well-being. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its customers

I’m going on vacation this weekend so I went into multiple salons that were booked until I came here, they were able to get me in no wait for acrylic nails. I saw Hanna for my nails and she did so amazing, all I did was show a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy and will be back!
