7 Nails Spa

I’ve been going to 7 Nail Spa in Spring Hill for about a year now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else! Every single visit is amazing — the entire team is so kind, talented, and welcoming. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Natalie and Tommy — they are absolutely incredible! Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft is unmatched. Every set they do turns out flawless. I recently got a Gel-X set and, as always, I’m in love. Not only do they look amazing, but they last so long — it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. I showed them some inspo and they nailed the look perfectly (literally and figuratively!). If you’re looking for a new nail spot or just want to treat yourself, I highly recommend 7 Nail Spa. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have never left a nail salon feeling so frustrated. I came here to get a pedicure and an acrylic refill and left with a pedicure and bleeding pinky. First, I'll say up front - no issues whatsoever with the pedicure. The issue was my fingernails. When I went to get my acrylic refill,  I also asked for a manicure. Natalie did my manicure, and before we even got started, I asked her to please be careful because she cut me the week prior. She cut me again this week, and when I called it to her attention, at first, she denied it. I repeated myself and said my finger was bleeding, and she stopped,  appearing to be frustrated and said, "What do you want me to do?" I said I'd like to wash my hands. I washed my hands, and it was still bleeding. By now, she had moved to a new seat with a different customer and, seeing me holding my finger with a paper towel, looked over and said she could not complete my nails to prevent infection. She said I should come back another day. I had no issue with this. In fact, that was the appropriate thing to do. The issue I had was that there was no apology. She said I wasn't charged and continued on as if nothing had happened. She also never even attempted to give me any liquid styptic to stop the bleeding.  I'm not a "difficult " customer, all I asked for was an apology, instead of first denying that she cut me and then the sarcastic "what do you want me to do" as if I was disrupting her timeline. This is a simple courtesy and professionalism - to express concern over a wound that you gave someone. After my finger healed, I came back a new day to see if my service could be completed,  and she refused to service me (while both other techs were busy), as if this was my fault. Final straw. I had been coming here for several months and did not deserve this treatment. I will not be returning to this facility again.

Came in for a fill today, my last set was also from here!! They’re really cute I showed an inspo pic and she did her own spin on it which I love and think it added to them. My only complaint is that not all of them are the completely smooth with the acrylic but with the color you can’t tell that much. Will be back for another fill for sure tho!

I have recently moved to Spring Hill and have been looking for a new nail salon I had the BEST experience at this nail salon today with Ashley 💖 The vibe was so chill, the staff were super sweet, and my nails have literally never looked better 😍✨ Clean, cozy, and so many cute colors to choose from. I’m obsessed—definitely my new go-to spot!

Great service and great staff second time coming here and both time my daughter and I had a great experience both times this is our new salon.
