2025-11-22Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Amy can NOT do my nails ever again. There is no consistency - all of my nails are shaped different and VERY bulky. Filing job is horrible. I really can’t believe she thought she did my nails good - she should really be embarrassed that she would have my natural nails under an overlay look as trashy as my nails do. I will NEVER return to this nail shop ever again! My nails are shaped wrong and the acrylic is inconsistently laid on each finger - thin on some ends, bulky on others. My nails are a MESS! I’ve worked so hard growing my natural nails just to go to this nail shop to have Amy completely mess them up and file them completely off and down underneath this pile of acrylic on my nails. An overlay should never look this bulky and unnatural. And I asked for them to be fixed just for her to still have them look a mess. I really want to dispute this charge with my bank I’m so irritated and upset!

2025-12-12I have to admit, I have delayed leaving a review for Amy at SKYXX nail spa in Smyrna next to Kroger. The reasoning is because I did not want her to be so booked that I could not see her when needed. She has been ultimately Patient with me. She doesn’t excellent job, she listens to what it is that you’re needing, and she definitely delivers. If you’re looking for an outstanding nail tech who will treat you as if that you are part of her family, come see her!

2025-12-20I've been coming here for a while now and Si has been doing my nails. She is phenomenal! Very sweet and does a great job! She pays close attention to detail, which is another reason I specifically request her. She takes her time and does not rush the service. That is a huge pet peeve when getting my nails done. Especially if the salon isn't too busy, I should not feel like I am being rushed out. The place is clean and they are courteous and offer a drink while you're there. Nothing but great experiences thus far.

2025-08-20I love this nail salon. They are very professional. Helen does the most amazing Gelx nails. And the owner, Bat is so kind. They have opened up early to get me an appointment. He always greets you and takes care of anything you need. I highly recommend them. Jennifer does amazing pedicures, as do all of the other workers.
