Annie's Nails

Super disappointed. I made an appointment for my two daughters and two of their friends for full acrylic nails. I thought it went fine based off the interactions I heard with the tech nearest to me and my 19 year old. But the stories came afterwards from the other three girls. My youngest (13) was laughed at because of her hands saying they were different sizes, then ridiculed for asking if regular nail polish was cheaper than gel (she is 13 and paying for her own, a valid question… also, don’t laugh at a child for literally any reason but especially a part of her body 🙄) Then one of the techs asked to see her hands while they were drying and the other kept snapping “no! Leave them in!” All that after smacking her hands during the process to get the nail she wanted instead of just asking her to move her hands. She’s 13 and very much able to follow instructions 🤦‍♀️ My older daughter’s friend was halfway through hers when the tech stopped abruptly and said “no more until you pay”… she was confused and asked him to repeat and he said “must pay… wallet!” Who stops a nail set in the middle to demand payment?? And he drilled way too much under her nails for a painful experience. When my other daughter’s friend expressed some changes she would like in accordance with the picture she had already showed the tech and that the designs were uneven, the tech offered to fix it but then didn’t let her dry them, just told her to “be careful” and sent her on her way. We made an appointment in advance and there were no other customers so they were not rushed for time. There was zero reason to treat any of these young girls that way. Especially when the total bill was over $250 with tips. There are way better options in Chattanooga. Annie’s hasn’t always been this way, as I’ve been here several times before.

The owners Emily and her husband always makes sure their customers are satisfied. I have been going to them for over 10yrs no matter where they are located because of the quality of work and their customer service. They are always very sufficient with the time it takes to give you excellent service. Thank you for being my #1 nail salon.

I did a full set and a pedicure both with gel and they turned out great. Exactly what I wanted. Everyone is so nice there. You'll love it. They've also made some great changes since ive been years ago before Ioved. So glad I came back.

Tryed a new place, very friendly and did things kinda different from what I'm used too, ( Different nail salons do from what I'm learning) tryed chrome for the first time and I'm in LOVEEEE with them.

Annie is terrific. She does her nail designs freehand and they look amazing! My mom and I have used Annie since before she owned her own salon and we will continue to use her because her salon is amazing with amazing nail technicians.
