2025-11-06I totally forgot the stylist's name but she did an amazing job. Just a little side note: I over heard upper management instructing the ladies to take everything down stuff like colorful decorantions, pictures of their families and loved ones just anything personal around their work station and if that happens I will be super upset cause I loved how inviting and warm the ladies make their work area! The decorations and things around each station are unique and part of the personality of the stylist, seriously the stuff I did see wasn't ugly but great conversation starters! Today was a fantastic visit and not just for my hair but for my soul too. I left so happy feeling beautiful and in a wonderful mood! THANKS!

2025-08-01Sarah Hill was the stylist my daughter had as a walk in. She was amazing, did a great job with the cut, super friendly and funny. She was super busy as they were down 2 employees but nonetheless she handled all of the things!

2025-11-07Don't expect much if you're a walk in. I'm sure if you make an appointment or they know you, you'll get great service. But as a walk in, I had high expectations because of what everyone says. It's still a quick Walmart haircut when you're a walk in, no matter what you ask for. So good for everyone who gets great service..but if you're like us and decided to do a walk in...expect to get walk in service. In and out in 15 minutes, even if they're not busy. Very disappointed. I understand getting customers in and out when you're by yourself, but at least explain you can't do a custom cut and will only do what you have time for. Did leave a good tip. I will say she was very nice and kind. But it would be nice if all customers received the same attention. Won't be going back.
