Serenity Spa by Westgate

My husband surprised my mother, 5 year old daughter, and I with a spa day. He scheduled us for manicures. Amber did all three of them. This is genuinely the best manicure I’ve ever had. She took her time and it was worth it. All three of our manicures are perfect. She made my daughter’s first manicure one to remember for sure! Thank you Amber! If we come back, we will definitely book again with her.

We absolutely loved our couples massage! We had never had a massage before but wanted to try on our honeymoon in Gatlinburg! The prices were expensive but comparable to every spa around. Amber and Emily were very helpful and made sure to make us comfortable for our first massage! The spa was beautiful and very relaxing! We enjoyed the heated massage tables, lemon water, dark atmosphere, and relaxing music!

Mel at the front desk was so friendly. Tami made our pedicures very relaxing. Tami was so sweet. Tami answered all of our questions. Tami was very knowledgeable. This pedicure was a great experience. I would highly recommend Serenity Spa. Tami is a great person she even remembered my friend wanted a ghost put on her today and she text my friend and told her to come and get the ghost put on her toe.

My husband and I decided we wanted to get a couples massage the first day of our honeymoon. We called all around and Serenity Spa got us in immediately. We loved the Himalayan hot stones, serenity treatment, and aromatherapy. We also loved that the beds moved for more comfort. Heather and Chelsea did an amazing job.

Heather and Kora were amazing. Heather did my deep tissue massage and worked out so many sore spots I did not know I had. It felt so good. Kora did my facial/massage. It was amazing and made my skin feel so soft. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
