The Spa at RiverStone

Jana was my aesthetician. EXCELLENT 10/10. She made me feel so comfortable immediately, very professional, friendly, pleasant, communicated every step of both treatments and explained what was getting done , why and what was being used. Checked in on my every step of the way. Above & beyond type of customer service. Beautiful Spa. I was impressed honestly. I was visiting from Miami,FL and my husband, Conner made the appointment for me. Honestly, I was hesitant about coming here for spa services being black & an immigrant. However the girl at opposite side of spa was very welcoming and the front desk girl was nice. I was the customer that was only person of color at the time. They have amenities you can use before and after the treatments (Calming room, Relaxation room, Sauna). I went Friday afternoon and it was not packed thankfully. I used them all. A locker room- very clean given robe, slippers and towel. I did the Body Treatment(which was organic scrub with apricot oil) in the Float Spa. OMG the float spa was incredible, that was my favorite part( it feels weightless, but not too enclosed, i spent 30 minutes in it and i was falling asleep). It’s indescribable.I would go back just for that Float Spa. Then i showered off the scrub and did the facial I did the Spa Signature Facial- which was really a bunch of different masks and serums on my face, she used the machine at 1 point, massaged my neck,shoulders,scalp,calf and feet. No manual extractions. Relaxing. The products they use smell SOOOOO GOOD. They have hair products in the women’s bathroom after you wash your hair, hair tools (Blowdryer, flat iron, curling iron, Moroccan brand hair products to style yourself). Spent 3.5 hours there total & had two treatments with JANA: $280 total with the 20% GCT mandatory included. I would not get that at any real SPA ever in Miami. Highly recommend! I would come back and get even more treatments and spend longer lol. I felt totally relaxed and at ease. Jana is an asset to that company.

Absolutely recommended! It was wonderful, relaxing and effective on my skin. It hasn't felt that smooth in years. I'm sensitive to smells and the all organic products were great, no issues, no headaches. My treatment started a little late, but it also finished late - I got my full time. The little massage elements for neck, arms and hands complemented the facial treatment perfectly. Thank you so very much!

I went in for their signature massage. My massage therapist was so sweet! The massage itself I wish had been firmer- it was a very light touch. But I absolutely loved all the things it included. The warm weight pack they put on your back and the sugar scrub were SO relaxing. I also absolutely loved the aromatherapy and the warm eye mask she put on Me when I turned over. All the staff were friendly and their waiting room was very relaxing; the tea options In the room were good. Overall, it was a great experience! I'd come back for sure.

We always have a great experience at the Spa at Riverstone. Our massage therapists Jesse and Karen were excellent. Very attentive to our concerns and comfort. I highly recommend not only staying there, but also booking a spa treatment at Riverstone. The place is always clean and inviting!

Always love coming to River Stone to get my massage from Michelle, she is the BEST!!! Always feel awesome after seeing her. The spa is so relaxing!!!!!highly suggest.
