Fancy Nails (Franklin)

This place is absolutely terrible. I have never had a nail set turn out this way. My nails are bulky and uneven The nail tech doing my nails cut me with the electric file. Multiple times was very rough. I had asked for regular full set acrylic French tips over the phone and they told me that was going to be $70. I came here and they said that I was paying 80 for them and I was like OK whatever but for that my nails should be done properly. They are absolutely terrible in the worst nailset I have ever had. I have a huge event to go to this weekend and now I don’t have time and I wasted coming here for them to be rude to me when I complained and I asked for a refund and they said no granted they did say I could come in and they would fix them, but I don’t want to come into a place that can’t even get it done properly. The design I asked for was super simple. It was just regular French tips I don’t ever recommend coming here.

I always get my nails done by Mai, she is wonderful. I want something that can be a little different or there are times when I just get a basic set. Mai is very accommodating with whichever I go with. She is very detailed thorough, if anything chips or the course of a week she always will fix it with no hesitation. I have been visiting this salon for going on 4 years. I have been very pleased with my experience here.

My daughter got her nails done here today and they clearly did not know how to do the nail design she asked for. Instead of telling her that so she can pick something they know how to do they proceeded to attempt the design she showed them and they came out very poorly. Being a young girl she was afraid to speak up at the end and say this is not what she asked for. They charged her $100 for nails that don’t even look remotely like what she asked for. The photo on the left is what she asked for and the right was the finished product. Very very disappointing experience and a waste of money. Even the shape and size of her nails were not done consistently on both hands!!!

Mai is amazing!! I come in about once a month and no matter how complicated my design ideas seem she goes above and beyond to help my vision come to life! The details she captures are amazing, and she’s fast! She’s kind, caring, and very welcoming!

Annie was wonderful and I really like my nails 💕 She came recommended and I can see why; let me know what would work best based on the reference I brought, and was able to fit me into her schedule last minute.
