TMT Nails & Spa

I used to go monthly and loved the service. Today I looked forward to a much needed pedicure but could not have been more disappointed!! Alice barely acknowledged I was even there and maybe said 3 words the entire visit. Didn’t even help put my sandals back on and didn’t say thank you. It’s been 3 months since I posted this. I went back today and received a much better pedicure treatment. That is the way I remember it being. The owners were very polite, remembered me, and made it better. I am happy to post this improvement. I think it was just one bad experience. Happy it was corrected because I enjoy going to TMT.

They do amazing work and always make time to fit you in for a fill, mani, pedi, whatever you need they will take care of you, always! I don’t go often for nails as it is a luxury, but anytime I call to make an appointment they have no problem fitting me in so I feel very welcome everytime. I often ask for crazy color and design and they make it happen everytime!! I always get compliments on my nails from TMT!!

Customer service here was very unprofessional, from the start there was no effort to make us feel comfortable. The water prepared for our pedicures were very hot which created discomfort and the smell once the water was turned on was an unpleasant smell.We were not offered any beverages which another customers were. The owners had their daughter there which came from the back and yelled out be quiet. Overall the experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional.

This was my first time at this salon and they were absolutely amazing. I was immediately sat down. Emily did absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and polite. She made sure my nails were perfect and let me know that she was gonna make sure everything was the way I wanted! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Emily!!!

I have been here several times when in town. This time was really bad. A simple gel manicure - every nail had a big "glob" of polish toward the bottom of my nail and therefore the rest of each nail was left without enough polish. I had a nail that the manicuristnsaid need glue and that she would apply. She did NOT apply the glue and the nail has split all the way now, into my nailbed. And I asked for rounded edges and she told me it was not possible. Each nail is actually filed crooked. I hate to leave such a negative post but this was completely unacceptable.
