Organic Infusion Hair and Nail Salon

The Salon is very clean and pretty, but my balayage was not. What I asked for is not what I got. I paid over $300 for my hair to have a few light brown pieces that are barely visible and not blended at all. The pictures are what I asked for vs what I got and you can see that it speaks for itself

The Bridal Services was excellent, my hair was exactly as I asked, the makeup was flawless and lasted throughout the ceremony and reception. All the staff are very kind and the salon itself is charming. The only detail is that I called the day before asking if I should remove my own cuticles and was told it was part of the express manicure service, but it wasn't done and I won't be able to use my photos focusing on my hands… 😭 I think maybe I failed to emphasize at the time that I wanted my cuticles removed?! Still, I highly recommend the salon!

Olivia and Allison were nothing short of amazing! They did both mine and my daughter's hair, makeup, and nails for her wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, warm, and made us feel completely at ease on such a special and emotional day. Scheduling with them was incredibly easy, even with my being out of town all the way from Arkansas. They were so accommodating and worked with my travel schedule, making everything stress-free. They listened carefully to what we wanted and somehow made it even better than we imagined. Our hair and makeup lasted beautifully all day (and night!), and the nails were flawless. Not only are they incredibly talented at what they do, but they also brought such a calm, positive energy that made the evening of the wedding feel fun and relaxed. We received so many compliments throughout the day—thanks to Olivia and Allison, we truly felt our best. I can't recommend them highly enough. BUYER BEWARE!!!!I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday to get her hair dyed for the first time. As a dad who is more used to barber shops, I relied on their online pricing, which listed the service at $120. I expected some extra costs for additional color bowls and the trim we added, but I was shocked when the final bill came to $375 before tip—over triple the listed price. I was charged 85 dollars for a shampoo and cut when they had to shampoo her hair regardless due to the dying process. ​While the hair looked good, the lack of transparency on pricing was frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered bleach stains on my daughter’s Nike sweatpants after leaving. We go to a professional salon to ensure a clean process, so seeing her clothes ruined was a big letdown. It was a special day, You can't get those back. the price hikes and the damage to her clothes definitely dampened the experience. I had contacted the salon to let them know about the issue. They responded back about pricing and what not and they would take care of this issue promptly. I sent photos of her pants all dyed up and never received a response. Well here we are on december 17th her birthday was the 6th of December. 11 days Nothing. We are locals and I am sad to report but this place was Nothing more than a let down and a money grab. I canceled my wifes upcoming appointment and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time or $

I had the best experience here! Liv did my bridal makeup and she did a fabulous job on it. I loved everything about it. Very sweet staff and they really made sure everything was what I wanted. Megan did my bridal hair and Wow! She absolutely killed it, I got so many compliments on my hair she did a fantastic job. If you are looking for a stylist / makeup artist I highly recommend this place. I was from out of state so I booked my bridal hair and makeup months In advance to make sure my spot was secure and I am so happy with my choice.
