First time customer and I'll definitely be back. Booking via the website was super easy. Easy to find the building over by the hospital and plenty of parking for us anxious-about-new-parking-situations girlies. Very welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. Sierra did my nails and I'm SO happy with them! I'm not able to get my nails done often and, admittedly, don't really know a lot about getting them done. I booked the wrong kind of appointment and Sierra was so kind and professional to explain to me what service I actually needed after explaining to her what I was looking for. Her and the owner, Kim, were such a delight to interact with during my visit. 10/10 recommend!

Kim was truly a blessing to meet! She is so talented and wonderful to talk to. I am so happy with how my nails turned out!

Pedicure by Sierra was good Acrylics by Kim made me actually cry. I have several sensory needs and despite trying to be very clear that I needed my nails to be thin, they are the thickest I've ever had. I initially asked for polygel, but was assured that the acrylic could be done thinly and would be a better choice. I left with not only chunky nails, but nails that aren't even the same thickness throughout. Most nails have a very clear ridge between the acrylic and the underside of my nail, which will almost certainly catch dirt and debris as I am using them, and be a nightmare to clean out. The bulkiness of the nails feels almost as though I have biscuit dough stuck under them. I didn't notice their thickness (or at least, HOW thick they were) until after I left, as we were both in a bit of a rush and trying to get things done as quickly as possible. I reached out to the salon to let them know and was offered a refund with the caveat that the nails themselves be removed. (This would be absolutely fine and welcomed if I had time to do so before I leave for my trip). While I really enjoyed the option to have a "silent appointment" at the salon and had very high hopes that this would become my new go-to spot, I've been disappointed with the response I've received to my issues. I think that the salon is likely fine if you don't care about nail uniformity or thickness, but for someone on the autism spectrum or with sensory needs, perhaps seek another salon.

I booked a standard pedicure special + gel polish, a signature manicure and opted for the silent appointment option with Sierra and was so thrilled with my experience. The atmosphere was clean and cozy. Sierra and Kim were warm and welcoming. Even though I opted for a silent appointment, Sierra and Kim both made me feel so relaxed and comfortable - I loved our conversation and how friendly they were. I didn’t have any idea what I wanted shape/color-wise so Sierra totally took care of all the decisions for me. She picked out the perfect pumpkin orange and a glittery orange accent for my gel manicure and a very pretty neutral pink for my gel pedicure. My services probably took between 1-1.5hr total. Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to visiting again and trying some of Sierra’s other nail art services!

I had an amazing experience. My cousin, my sister, and I came in and all left amazed because this time getting our nails done was the best our nails have ever looked. They carried on conversation with us, made us feel very welcome. The whole salon talked to each other. Literally the best nail experience ever. To the people whom came in and left with attitudes y’all were told the wait period just like everyone else. Y’all just were all busy with other plans so I think y’all need to learn better priorities your time management. But overall 10/10. I definitely recommend!!
