Zen Nails Bar

I called ahead to ask about pricing and was told it would be $40 for a gel acrylic fill and $5 to fix a broken nail. I decided to try this salon because it had great reviews and is much closer to my house than my usual spot. When I arrived, they suddenly told me it would cost more because my nails were “too long.” I’ve never heard of that before — it felt like they just wanted to upcharge me. The man who I believe owns the place was rude about it. Then we get to colors, I asked for a chocolate brown. We went through pages of colors and couldn’t find a dark chocolate brown. I had to settle for something darker which is fine, but you would think they’d have something along the lines.. I had Ken do my nails, and the experience was awful. The broken nail he fixed ended up being a different shape and shorter than the rest, and it’s also crooked. He hurt me several times while doing my nails and left polish all over my cuticles without cleaning it up. He didn’t even paint the sides of my nails — you can still see the black polish from my last set. Overall, I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to home, but between the rude service, the unexpected price change, and the sloppy work, it’s just not worth it.

By far the best nail tech I have had in 19 years of getting my nails done. The Pedi is luxurious and the colors are amazingly pretty. I'm incredibly happy my sister recommended them to me. I'll keep coming from Nashville to get them done here.

Kelly always does such a great job on nail art. My sister in law and I just let her have at it and the results never disappoint. We love coming here and with the new remodel everything looks so great. We’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and haven’t had a bad set yet. These are just a few of the sets Kelly has done. She has learned what we like and what we don’t a d every time she knocks it out of the park.

I have been coming here for years and absolutely have love every set that have been done by Kelly and her husband. I have now brought my daughter and my mother here. I have never had any issues with the services that I have gotten. The pictures are just a couple of sets I have gotten and one my daughters set.i also refer anyone that compliments my nails to them and will continue to do so.

Been coming here for over 3 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Owners Kelly and Tony and staff are just amazing and always get it right. The remodel is absolutely beautiful, clean with a relaxing environment. The amount of attention to detail that they provide makes them stand out from any other salon I have ever been to, definitely recommend Zen!!!
