Zarah Nail Spa

I got one of the ladies there and she was absolutely fantastic. I got a normal pedicure and a full set of acrylics with design and gel nail polish. They have a fantastic massage chairs while you're getting a pedicure, usually massage chairs don't have enough pressure for it to really do anything or for me to care that it is a massage chair but it was wonderful. It was like getting an actual massage while she did my feet. She took her time with the pedicure and was a good length especially for what I'm used to in knoxville. Usually if you don't spend any extra on the different kinds of pedicures they rushed through it and just whip some paint on your nails. There's still comes with an oil massage and hot towels for an affordable price and isn't about an hour long process itself. The full set took about an hour or hour and a half and she took her time and made sure that everything looked great and was even. She definitely knew what she was doing it was very communicative and helpful on trying to get me what I wanted. I went here for my birthday nails because we were on a trip in Chattanooga and it was by far the best decision.

James is amazing. He does quality work. I'm very picky with nails, especially the shape and them looking uniformed... I've lived in Chattanooga since 2015 and just found James in 2023 from his reviews, and I'm so thankful. I have been to so many nail salons here and for acrylic nails, he is amazing!

Does this look like I had a manicure 4 days ago. No! First I thought maybe I just needed some lotion so I put some on and took another photo and my cuticles still look bad. Not to mention my nails, I went back to get it redone and they said that’s how my nail bed looks & they could re-paint them but it would still look the same. I just left because #1, I don’t argue with people & #2, can’t you see that this is bad work? Oh, I went to Zarah’s on East Brained Road. Maybe this will make you slow down and take your time and do the job right. Because I had surgery 4 months ago and needed some tending to, plus money to hard to come by now days

First time here and i will be coming back! It’s hard finding good salons that do amazing designs.

I love this nail salon! We moved from California and I needed my nails done bad. I’m very picky about my nails especially since I like to get different designs each time and I expect perfection. I have never been let down and have been going since Aug.
