2025-11-04Once again had a relaxing and wonderful experience at NailWorks ! I loved my ombré French manicure I got today, but they always do an excellent job! This nail salon is very clean, and comfortable, but the the staff who work here are what really make for a top notch experience! Offering services from waxing to the BEST nail designs, I highly recommend NailWorks!

2025-11-12Anytime I’m in Chattanooga this is THE ONLY place I’ll go to get my nails done. They’re consistently amazing at their craft. Hannah is so attentive as well as the rest of the staff. Plus the cuticle oil???? Goated and smells AMAZING. I’ll always be back!

2025-12-08Got dip manicure, the tech I had kept trimming my cuticles after I said it was hurting and they started bleeding. Then used the metal electronic file over and over again. Left with 3 nails bleeding. Also took an hour and a half for dip nails. I was thankful that another tech re-confirmed and helped change color by adding darker green on top halfway through to get closer to what I was hoping for.
