Emma Nail Spa

I wanted a manicure for a fall event next week. I rarely get manicures, but after today’s experience, I may start going more often. Son did an awesome job. He is very personable and did a wonderful job with my old, brittle, ridged nails. The ambience was quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend this salon.

I absolutely loved my visit to Emma Nail Spa! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff there are helpful, friendly, and talented. From my understanding, the salon had a recent switch of ownership, and the current owner and her daughter are sweet, professional women. The pricing is completely fair considering the time and effort the staff put into each of their customer’s nails. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to support small businesses!

I am absolutely the most happiest lady in Chattanooga so after two years of not going to a nail salon because of a certain situation, I went into Emma nails and met a beautiful girl by the name of B LINEY and she was very very nice. I told her that I shake a lot. She said that was OK. You can listen to Christian music in there. I really tried hard not to shake and I think I did a good job. We both kept telling each other great job but y’all check these nails out I would definitely go and see Emma nails. It is family owned. SO disappointing! Used to love to come with Amy’s employees. I explained I had really bad cuticles my nails needed to be shaped and buffed and paid extra. You can see by the pictures, however, unevenly the cuticles were trimmed, and she didn’t file the nails at all. Is cuticle oil not used anymore? I won’t even talk about the gel pedicure, he may as well have washed my feet with a washcloth, because he did not scrub the calluses. I had to ask for him to file and shape my toenails. And because he was working in front of his mom, he said he did and he would do it again ~ that nail file had not touched my toes!

I had an acrylic removal and manicure today, I came here on a whim because I noticed a few red flags at the salon I have been going to for a few months. Angie was literally amazing. She didn’t just rip the acrylics off like some salons do, she was very careful with my nails and I left with them looking healthy and amazing. The prices are extremely fair, the salon is clean and quiet, the staff seem sweet. I will definitely be going back for my vacation nails in 2 weeks
