They did an amazing job with my nails! Julia was extremely sweet and gave me the best pedicure! Kevin made my dreams come true for my wedding nails. They accommodated my bridal party of 5 and had us walking out ready to walk down the aisle. We were offered delicious wine and such a great time. The best nail salon in the smokies hands down!

I went to Diva Nail Spa to cheat myself up and lift myself up a little — it’s been a rough time lately, and $40 was a lot for me, but I really needed a little self-care. I know my nails aren’t as fancy as some of the other pics you’ll see 😂, but this was about making myself feel better, not just the perfect manicure. At first, there were a few issues with my nails, but the team here went above and beyond to make it right. Within 24 hours of my review, they personally reached out — not with excuses, but with genuine care and a heartfelt desire to fix things. That meant more to me than they probably realize. It’s rare these days to find a business that truly cares about their customers like this. They didn’t just fix my nails — they restored my faith in what kind, thoughtful service really looks like. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and I could tell they truly wanted me to leave happy. For that, they’ve definitely earned my business for life. 💕 Please know I don’t blame the nail tech at all — she was wonderful! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully get my legs done next time. Thank you for taking a rough day and turning it into something that genuinely touched my heart. 💅✨

Mike and David are amazing! So are Lisa and Carol. All the nail techs wonderful here! They are always so nice and courteous and they offer drinks like sodas, water and wine. Their services extend to pedicures, manicures, massages, facials and waxing. I like my nails natural and clean but my daughter gets all the wild designs. One of the best salons in Sevierville!

Love Diva Nail Spa!! Absolutely love it there n I appreciate the entire crew! Angel Does my nails & shes always on point with what I actually want! Destiny is my Favorite customer service person! So attentive, Loving & Aims to make a customer happy! Her work Ethics i do admire! I been coming there for a few months & is where I will continue to come ! 💚 My Nails today are super nice !! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I am one that never publicly complains, However tonight I went to get my nails done for a special occasion. I showed her a pic, (Sarah) she said sure she could do it. Almond shape, After she put on the acrylic, I noticed gaps, badly, looks as if I put a fake nail on that didn't fit. When I asked her she said she would fill in, ( me thinking she ment with acrylic) No! She ment with paint! She then proceeds to try and take a tiny paint brush and fill in the gaps, which looked terrible! Then because she had put layer after layer trying to fill the sides and cuticle, the matte paint was bubbled and looked terrible! She then tells me it's because the shape of my finger, I need square.... Shouldn't she have told me that before?? However I've had my nails done hundreds of times, never ever this issue! Mgr comes over, agrees then tells her to use glitter paint, or nude so it won't be noticable! After almost three hours I had to go, go to the country thinking for sure would offer a discount , nope!! $70!! I'm praying this will allow me to upload photos of what Diva Nails sent me out of their with and charging me$70 for!!! And to add once they did paint over it, you could still see the rd underneath! Terrible!! And yes the red nail you see was their "Finished" product!
