2025-10-26This was the second time I gave this place a try because they had the color I was looking for. The first time I got them done here, I had to walk back in and have them fix. I almost did it today (again) but I decided to just drive away and live with it because this is just embarrassing to keep having to ask to fix because everyone there is reallyyyy nice, but I just cannot go back here. The girl next to me had nails that looked beautiful so I can’t say it’s everyone at this place but as a walk-in, I keep getting the worst results. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had this color and that I would be seated with a female manicurist because the last time, a male messed up my nails. As soon as I sat down, they put me with the male that messed up my nails the last time! I was horrified and had to tell him no and spoke up and asked for a female. How embarrassing. Again, the lady was nice but the painting is messy and not complete and not worth $70 (with a 20% tip that I still gave.) So many missing spots and bubbles everywhere. These nails look two weeks old and I just got them done today. I’m so upset. Would you like these nails? Probably not.
