2025-08-15I drive all the way from Nashville just for this nail salon, and I can’t say enough good things! I have had almost of the techs and they are all amazing! Joseph is truly top-tier at nail art - the best ever! He’s kind, meticulous, and so caring with his craft. He always checks in on colors and designs as he works to make sure you love the result. Nails 1st is the best salon I’ve ever been to, and I recommend it to all my friends- it’s worth every mile of the drive!

2025-08-16I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Everyone who works here is friendly and kind. Everyone works hard and does their best. A huge shout out to Celia she has been very accommodating for my girlfriend and always takes pride in her work!! When my girlfriend was in a wheelchair they never made her feel out of place and always welcomed her. If we have ever had issues with our nails they were fixed. Truly though we've never had issues our nails typically stay on for the full month if not a tad longer before we go get updated nails. Do not let the negative reviews fool you. I can not speak highly enough of everyone here. If it wasnt great I wouldnt have updated an already 5 star review from 2 years ago.

2025-10-04Very Worst experience ever! The service was absolutely terrible the staff were rude and unprofessional, and they didn’t seem to care about customers at all. They are not responsible for what we are speaking, and the nails are not in proper shape every nail ended up a different shape from the others. The hygiene of the tools and workspace was questionable, and the overall quality of the work was very disappointing. Worst experience service. Will never come to this salon again I ever had. She also damaged my cuticles Very, very disappointing. I would not really recommend to anyone of my friends and family

2025-08-02Service very bad. Rude faces!!!! Bad Attitude!!!! I did my nails and after 6 days 3 fell off ….. I went 2 times to ask if they can fixed and always push me back…. Finally after 1h and 20 minutes the guy decided to fixed it and at the end he asked me to pay too!!!!! I was shocked and I said this is not my fault, Maybe the work had not been done properly otherwise my nails were still on instead of falling off
