Nolen Nail Spa

I have been coming here for years and they use to be really good however over the last few months it has been incident after incident especially since my regular lady moved away. The inconsistency of the customer service and the quality of work is lacking. I won’t be returning. What really iced the cake for me was having an 11am appt and they didn’t start on me until 11:25. Once the guy (Max) ran my water, he left me sitting while he went and cleaned and performed other tasks. When I brought it to the managers attention she acted careless as normal like her employees do no wrong. This place has a real big issue with taking accountability and I can get a pedicure ANYWHERE! And the work quality was horrific! See photos! The front desk lady did repolish my nails and did her best to correct the error but, im so disturbed I will not be back. There only a handful of staff that provides good service and this is so sad bc this place has so much potential if the owner/manager gets off her high horse and humbled herself.

Tam did my eyelashes and was very professional and friendly. She went over all of the options for me and made sure that I would be happy with what I chose. Every detail was discussed. I was extremely pleased with the results and Tam was so happy that I was happy!! She’s such a nice young lady and I enjoyed meeting her and I know that you will, too.

Absolutely stunning service! This was our first time, I got the peppermint special and that pedicure was the best I have ever had! The massage and stones and mask were all quality. Daisy did such a good job with that and my sparkly gel manicure. The place is quaint and clean and sparkling! Yammi did my daughter’s Gel X and pedicure and it was exemplary. Both of the phone/receptionists were elegant and helpful. I just booked to come back - earlier than I need to because I loved it! 💅 PS…we have now returned and once again an exemplary time. Our nails look gorgeous. There were even treats for their 5th anniversary- and the egg rolls were out of this world! Thanks again!

Been coming here on and off for 5 years and just love them every time!! Daisy is one of the sweetest girls and she did an amazing job on my toes and nails for my upcoming bridal shower! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. Pro tip: make an appt. Hannah does a fantastic job on my pedicures. I really like how they offer a season pedi every month. I’ve gotten my nails done too. Winnie is great.
