Noire The Nail Bar

So, first time visiting last Thursday. I went in and explained what I wanted they were able to achieve it for the most part. I got a pedicure, that was a great experience. When I got my mani done with acrylic full set and design, it wasn’t the best, I got what I asked for yes, but I had gotten them done for an event I had 2 days later and the chrome nails were messed up the day of the event they started to bubble, then 4 days later the chrome was chipped and wasn’t on my nails anymore on some parts.. here’s the photo I used for reference of what I wanted and here’s the nails over the course of a week. I feel like they should’ve lasted longer.

Love David who gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The place was SO clean, serene, and everyone was so friendly! Binz did my full set acrylic and gave me exactly what I wanted. Better than the picture. All that for $130! I’ll be back for sure. I took my daughter the next day and Steven did her nails that was so detailed and again it looked better than the inspirational picture. He took his time and they are very unique and cool for a teenager. Love this place

Best massage and pedi done in my life!! He took his time and It felt great! Guy who did my nails did a good job as well and gave me what I want. Lastly the lady who did my eyebrows made them look perfect and no longer like catapillars! Thank you guys for being super nice and inviting and I will return!

I wish I could give this nail salon more than 5 stars!! My nail tech is Stephen and he does an amazing job and I’m pretty picky about my nails. Also, Leah (if I spelled that right) is such a doll. She’s the one who greets you when you walk through the door. She’s a little shy and quiet at first, but she is so sweet!! I always enjoy our little chats. If you ever have an issue, cause let’s face it…we are all human and it’s a human doing your nails, but if you ever have an issue, let Leah know. She will do her very best to fix it!!

I came to Noire on Monday night to get a dip/extension manicure, and as other reviews have stated, my nails have begun to chip. This has never happened to me at any other salon in the greater Nashville area. The reason why I gave two stars rather than one is that the shaping and cleanliness of my manicure was alright, but some of my nails are longer than others. My manicurist acted exasperated with me and was generally not the kind of positive experience I’m looking for when I invest in my nails. I was asked if my nails were good at the end of my appointment but because it was close to their closing time and I had already been met with some attitude when I asked my manicurist to adjust a clearly crooked nail, I didn’t bother. I would not recommend this nail salon. It is a nice environment but clearly cheap products and a lack of good customer service. EDIT: The nail bar reached out to me on my personal phone number and insisted on providing a fix-up service. Yesterday, when I went for the service, a group of employees all stood around and chatted amongst themselves while I received a rushed, very thick new set. Today, the topcoat is cracked again. I am disappointed and will not be returning.
