Shania M met with myself and my daughter yesterday and did an amazing job! I got a cut, color, and style which turned out absolutely gorgeous. She was able to squeeze my daughter into her schedule for a trim and we are both so grateful! She's polite, efficient, and a great stylist to see. I just wanted to take a minute to give my girl Kelsey the credit she deserves!!! I found Kelsey after my hairstylist started growing her family and took a break from clients ( but your girl is trying to stay blonde so had to find someone quick quick) I found Kolor by Kelsey on social media and loved her before and after shots of clients and quickly made an appointment! She has always made me feel so at home and never once made me feel bad for grow out (happens often). I can honestly say I never left her salon looking nothing less than amazing and it’s the best confidence boost! If you are looking for someone to get your blonde to the next level Kelsey is your girl!! I can also honestly say I’ve never shown her an inspo pic, I’ve always just describe what I liked and girl delivers!

Kelsey has been doing my hair for a while now, and I am thrilled with the results. She has been so welcoming, sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly toward any suggestion or questions I have about a product or service. I can’t imagine using anyone else! Kelsey is the best.

Shania is the absolute best! Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. She executes my hair flawlessly every single time. It doesn't matter if I’m going for something new or just refreshing my look, she listens with an open mind and always brings my vision to life. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so comforting and engaging. We always have the best conversations, and I leave feeling not just beautiful, but genuinely uplifted. I’m so thankful to have found a stylist who makes me feel confident and cared for. Highly recommend!

I booked a simple shampoo/haircut appointment through their online portal and arrived on time, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and after waiting more than 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, I had to ask an employee about my appointment myself. Only then was I told that the stylist I was scheduled with, Rhonda, was not there and would not be coming in. The staff confirmed I was on her books — meaning the appointment should never have been available — yet instead of resolving the issue, they called her and handed the phone to me to figure it out. Rhonda asked if I “really wanted her to drive all that way to come in” putting the responsibility back on me. I declined, but I shouldn’t have been put in that position to begin with! What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee I spoke with at the salon- had just mentioned she had time for a haircut on the phone (heard her on the phone while waiting to be acknowledged) yet made no effort to offer to take me as a walk in. I was simply told to make another appointment. Which I definitely would not do after this experience! There was no communication, no accountability, and no basic customer service. I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I’m honestly surprised this place stays open if that is how they operate.
