Underground Nails

Jayla Haney… no words needed! I walked in just needing a girls night with a friend to get our nails done & left with my nail girl for life! She does amazing & I never have lifting or anything. She’s 12/10 will not go anywhere else.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I felt I had the worst nail experience of my life up to this point. I uploaded a picture (clearly a screenshot) of what I showed the nail artist that I wanted. The second picture is what I got. She was very sweet, and I kept trying to give each step of her design a chance and then at the end asked for chrome to hopefully make it shiny as it was extremely dull. At this point it very scarcely matched the inspo photo. It was basically a dull and chiseled down version with no shine and just plain ugly. I hoped to add chrome to shine it up and make it pretty and just make do. She pulled out a silver Christmas ornament-like chrome powder that completely then changed the color of my nails. She knew I had to leave soon and didn’t have much time, so I told her they were fine and tried to make her feel good. But the truth is when I got home I was so upset by what I had paid $55 for plus tip, that I buffed and repainted them myself. (I am not a nail artist whatsoever) they still turned out better than the job I had gotten done here. I would just encourage the nail techs there to make sure before they take on a client, that their skill level is up to the task.

I just moved to the area and I was so impressed with the cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and professionalism with everyone there. I had Halie and she did a fabulous job!! She really listened to what I was looking for and she paid attention to the little details. I have found my new nail tech and am so happy with my experience there!!

I have been going here and getting my nails done by crystal for over a year now and she never disappoints. I LOVE going here and they all do an amazing job!!

I absolutely love Underground! I have never had a bad experience & my girl, Brittany has always made sure my nails look amazing!
