Steve at Sassy Nails is the only person I’ll ever trust with my nails. He does a perfect job every single time and does exactly what you request. My acrylics last for many weeks, and have never chipped in the year I’ve been a customer. They are also very affordable in their prices and don’t charge an arm and leg. Most nail salons struggle at communication and making their customers feeling welcome… Sassy Nails does not. They talk to you and make conversation and make you feel comfortable. I'm so incredibly happy with the way my nails turned out. I wish the cat eye showed up better on this picture because its so pretty. I did a walk in with my mom and she was so nervous about a bruise on her toe from hiking. They took such good care of her. Can't express enough how thankful I am we found this nail salon.

I went in to get a pedicure and acrylic tips with dip. My pedicure was fine. My nails I was not satisfied with. When I think of dip I thought they would put polish and then dip my finger in the dip, they did not, they used the brush with the bead. I asked for a lighter shade of blue and I did not get, she used a dark blue with glitter. They look messy and chunky. While she was putting it on I thought she was going to use the color I asked for to dilute the blue glitter but I thought wrong. It is my fault for not correcting her but I am not a confrontational person. I was not satisfied with my nails and felt rushed out. These were my engagement picture nails. I didn’t tell them they were and did not get a discount like they said in the previous post. I am getting them fixed my another nail stylist by someone else. -Steve thank you for responding to my post, shows that you can’t take criticism as a business owner, are very rude and need to learn how to talk to people. You lied about giving me a discount for my engagement nails and I would be embarrassed to have these nails on when I take pictures. I asked her multiple time to fix different things on my nails. Waste of $120. This was the worst set I’ve ever had and will be keeping my one star rating cause that’s what you deserve. If I could give you zero I would for your attitude, have a wonderful day hun ;3

I took my daughter here for her birthday. They charged me $285 for two pedicures, my daughter's manicure, and I got my polish put on my nails. My daughter's acrylic nails didn't even last a week literally 5 days and she had one fall off! She called and let them know what was going on and they insisted there was NOTHING they could do. That's not how you treat a costumer who just spent almost $300 at your business. I will never step foot in this business again and I would advise others to not do business here either.
