2025-10-29my first time was great, i made an appointment with nee and she was lovely and gave me exactly what i asked for. my second time was hugely disappointing. i called and made an appointment with rose three days in advance, and then when i came in for my appointment i had to wait over 45 minutes past when my appointment was supposed to start, and then although rose was there, some other random person did my nails, which i don't understand. what is the point of making an appointment if they don't honor the time or tech? i also hoped i might get a bit of a discount since i had to wait nearly an hour but they didn't offer one so i paid over a hundred dollars, and when i got home i noticed that there were large gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles on several nails, and the upper corners were already lifting on almost all of my nails. very very unimpressed with everything about my visit.

2025-06-04I have been going to rose nails since January and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The first time I went, I misheard my name and was set up with Tia (I was scheduled with someone else originally) but they accommodated me anyways and I ended up sticking with her from then on. She’s always so sweet and I always look forward to seeing her every month. She puts 100% into her work and it definitely shows every time. I’m unfortunately moving away but always recommend this salon (and Tia specifically) when coworkers ask about my nails. I’m sad to be leaving but am thankful for such great experiences here!
