Vivian was the sweet lady who did my nails and did such an incredible job! She was able to recreate the nails I desired to a T! just by looking at an inspo picture I pulled from Pinterest!! There wasn’t one flaw and had me out the chair in a breeze so timely. Definitely is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to locally in Rapid!! She’s the best and there other services they offer are just as good. Head there they have the best quality nails, salon and staff!!!💅🏼💕

Extremely Disappointed with Rushmore Nails My friends and I booked a 10:30 AM appointment at Rushmore Nails in Rapid City for 11/08 to celebrate a birthday with a girls’ nail day. What should have been a fun, relaxing experience turned into a frustrating mess. We arrived on time, but weren’t even acknowledged for 30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were split up, so much for celebrating together. I asked for white dip powder, but the technician gave me clear dip with white gel polish instead, something I never agreed to. When I returned from washing my hands, someone else was already in my chair, and my nails were a mess with polish all over my fingers. He refused to clean it up. We voiced our concerns to Kim, one of the owners, but she offered no real solution. She suggested I come back to fix it, but I live in Hill City and that’s not convenient. She insisted the technician had explained the process to me, which was simply not true. Had I known, I would’ve chosen a different color. The entire experience felt rushed and dismissive. It’s clear they didn’t value our time or our business. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this visit, I won’t be returning.

We have been going to Rushmore Nails for just over 2 years. Our first trip was for a friend’s wedding and we have continued to go there since. We have always had great service and friendly staff when we go in. We will continue to go here and recommend to anyone that asks.

Rushmore Nails has the best customer service! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They take their time and really care about the quality of their work. I always leave feeling happy and confident.

Pedicure was amazing. The acrylic fill was rushed. He didn’t even clean up my cuticle bed properly. He rushed the drill around my nail beds, even cut my skin in a few places with the drill and then again with the file when shaping. It was the “oop sorry” with no correction or clean up of my blood that concerned me at first. The results looked good but the problem for me is sanitation and cheap products. Flooding of the cuticle beds. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager. I stopped going to salons and started going to private techs in 2020 specifically because of sanitary reasons. Less than 24 hours after getting my nails done in this salon, my hands are covered with contact dermatitis. No gloves were used during my fill either. Very nice space, nice people, I was impressed by their google reviews. But spending over $200 there to have to go to urgent care for my hands, I definitely will not be returning.
