2025-10-29I always get 5 star service at Pairs Nails! Susana does my pedicure and she is wonderfully skilled, kind and funny . It makes the overall experience top notch! Yen does my nails and she is equally great to spend time with! Again her skills are superior and we laugh so much it hurts by the time I leave! Again, excellent! All the technicians at Pairs Nails are very skilled and creative! I see many of the same customers each time I’m there because once they try Paris Nails no other salon comes close!

2025-05-075 Stars – Amazing Experience with Yen! I had an incredible experience at Paris Nail Salon and Spa thanks to my nail tech, Yen. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. It felt like I was chatting with a friend while getting my nails done! On top of the great conversation, she did an absolutely flawless job on my nails—clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting Yen again. Highly recommend!

2025-06-24I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The technician seemed rushed to get to the next client, which led to a rough manicure that caused several cuts. The polish was uneven and lumpy, not up to the quality I expected. They kindly offered to fix it, and I scheduled a pedicure at the same time. Unfortunately, when I arrived on time for the follow-up, I felt unwelcome and was treated rudely by the staff. I chose to leave without service, as I hadn’t been disrespectful and hoped for better treatment as a customer.
