2025-09-13They are awful. The one with the black nails is the inspiration and the burgundy is what I got. I literally had to request for a few changed because it was worse than this. We tried for the French top but she didn’t put a bad coat so you could see my nail and previous fill ins through it. I asked her to put a base coat and she tried to paint it on OVER THE FRENCH. I than said forget it just paint it all burgundy. She did not remove the French and again painted over it. In the salon it didn’t look bad but in the sun you can clearly see the French underneath. I was so frustrated and uncomfortable with multiple request to try to make decent that i ultimately just paid and left especially she seemed frustrated. A man did my fill in and shape and it is just terrible. The shape and bumps and different lengths is AWFUL. Never ever going back.

2024-09-03this was my first time coming here and i was already kinda iffy about coming after reading reviews, but i heard around that they did a decent job. i didn’t have to wait long at all, but they sat me with a guy and he kinda seemed as if he didn’t know what he was doing. he hardly filed the before, and burned my fingers with the drill (as you can see if the picture). the acrylic looked like it was bulging out my finger and i asked if he could file them down but it didn’t really do much. i got moved to a different chair with the owner i believe, and she did fix them a lot. because of all the fixing, the length just got shorter and shorter. the first and second pictures are what i got and the third is what i wanted.
