This was my first time visiting Nail Care Spa. I live in New York and have a home in Murrells Inlet. I usually go to my regular lady in NY, but lately, I’ve been unhappy—my gel polish has been peeling, lifting, cracking after just a few days, shine disappears after few days and the shape is often uneven and inconsistent. While staying at my house in Murrells Inlet the week of July 4th, I went in for a pedicure, which was amazing—luxurious, relaxing, and done with great attention to detail. As I was leaving, I spoke with Paul—who I believe is in charge—and explained how particular I am about how my nails look. He kindly gave me an appointment for the next morning at 10:15 and assured me the gel would not lift or crack. To my surprise, Paul removed all the old gel, applied a fresh set, shaped, filed, and polished them to absolute perfection! The entire process felt high-end and professional, and only took 40 minutes. My lady in NY usually takes TWO HOURS—what a difference! It’s now a week later, and my nails still look like they were just done. Thank you so much, Paul—you’ve got a new customer! Solicia 🙂
