I Luv Nails

New to area and called to ask if they do sculpted gel nails without tips, and explained exactly what I was looking for. My natural nails WERE long with a couple that had broken so I wanted them to lengthen the broken ones and do builder gel on other for strength. I explained every bit of this to them and they said they could do that so I booked an appointment. Arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and they put me with a tech that I explained all to AGAIN, then he brings out the clippers to cut my nails down and I explain d ONCE AGAIN that No, I like my original length and just wanted others to match by extending! So he goes to work and it appears that he's doing what I asked minus using the molds for sculpturing, but applying paper, which I had no seen before but they were looking ok so I relax and start watching the tv. Then he clips my thumb with critical clippers and brings my attention back and then I notice that he has filed all my nails down to nubs! To top it off they charges me $65 for what was a basic gel manicure!!!! This place clearly either does what they want or doesn't know how to do proper sculpted nails. The world is moving forward and no one should be carcinogenic acrylic anymore but you definitely should not lie to customers saying you have the expertise to do so and have them drive 40 minutes to your shop and then just do whatever you want with their nails! Seriously after tip would you pay $75 for this? Everyone should be encouraging them to do further education on nails any sanitation, which this place seemed to lack. Trying to use files on strangers that have been used in others. Disgusting! 🤮 To all their regular customers; please encourage them to do continuing education and NEVER let them use dirty used files on you. Hepatitis is spread so easily and no nails are worth touching getting such a terrible disease. They won't follow state laws unless you require them to. It's been 3 days and my thumb still hasn't recovered from him cutting me

I really like this nail salon. It's located in a shopping center that's very close to my home, but I kept driving by it to go to a place 123. I finally tried it bc I was short on time. Fantastic! I'm not going back to my old place. They're friendly, fast and the service is great. They even gifted me a cuticle oil pen for paying in cash.

I went in for a simple pedicure, and it turned into a complete disaster. The woman clearly didn't listen to a word I said – I asked for a specific shade, and she gave me something completely different. When I pointed it out, they refused to fix it, acting like I was the one in the wrong. And the pedicure itself? Don't even get me started. They barely scrubbed my feet, leaving them rough and dry. When I asked if they could do a better job, they had the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else. Seriously? Save your money and your time. This place is a joke, and their customer service is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

This was my first time going to this nail salon. After several recommendations, I had to give them a try and I was not disappointed! I went in with the inspo picture to the left and walked out OBESSED with the set on the left. Kelly KILLED it!!🖤

Me and my mom went and had our nails done together. My nail tech was Julie. She was super sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. I can't remember who did my mom's other than she lives in Charleston but comes here often. She was great!!!! She was very friendly and very conversational. We absolutely loved our nails and definitely feel like we've found a great place to go.
