2025-10-23Came in and was serviced by Denise. She has excellent customer service asked all the important questions as in what’s my favorite part about a pedicure. I like that she asked that. It told me everything I need to know and that I would be leaving with a fye pedicure. She also specified in what type of French tip I’d like. I’ve come here many of times and was never asked that. She’s amazing. God Bless Her in Abundance of clientele.

2025-07-21I understand waxing can be up to interpretation , but please do not allow these people to play in your face. Should’ve left when I was told my eyebrows were all over the place. Explained that I like my eyebrows thick now I have two uneven pencil marks. Definitely learned my lesson hopeful they grow back before and after

2025-10-18I went to the AM nail bar 1 for a eyebrow arch/tint service and was instructed to drive almost 30 mins to the AM Bar 2 location, I was called 4 times in the process to see when my eta would be. Rush to get over to the second location and the same person that was answering the phone was the one at the second location. He lied to my face and said he never instructed me to come to this location which really pissed me off. I’m from Charlotte, I live in Charleston and I passed many salons just to get the run around. Didn’t even accommodate me, and the black girl that thought she was going to do my brows kept questioning why I wanted a razor and not wax it eas annoying. I would never come here again I’m so pissed taking 1 hr out of my state fair trip with my family for nothing!!!!

2025-08-24You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The salon was immaculate with calming atmosphere. I enjoyed my 2 hours of pampering. Ms. Kim was absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit since I'm new to the area.
