Lovely Nails

Oh my God. I went in there today to get a simple fill and a pedicure. To say the least I did not have enough time to get a pedicure done. so I arrived at 1:35 in the chair, left at 4:20. I sat down and told him what I was getting done what a nightmare. I sat in that chair for two hours and 45 minutes. My kids were like two hours late for work because they were watching my younger kids so I could go get my nails done which I told them would take an hour. I didn’t even get my pedicure done cause there was now not enough time. When I asked for my fill, it was just normal gel polish nothing fancy that took extra time to take off. I got nothing fancy either all I got was just regular gel polish. Two people had come in after me and the same woman did both of their feet and their hands, and I was still sitting there. It took him forever to do anything and I saw him doing the same thing twice. I asked him how long he had been doing nails for and he said a long time. Clearly, he is obviously a beginner and really doesn’t know what he’s doing and just started. I did give two stars because I did like him. His name was Christian. It was for my birthday weekend and he did give me a little birthday gift bag which I thought was nice, but I think he did it because I was almost sitting in the chair for three hours. He would mess up and have to redo things. He made a comment that sorry it’s taken so long but, if you want them to look good, then it’s gotta be like this unless you want me to rush. Then he said well, it’s because your nails are long that’s why it’s taking longer. I’ve always had a little longer nails and it usually takes around an hour and that’s with designs. There was blue polish all over my hands and what looked like glue everywhere but he didn’t even use glue so I don’t know what the heck it was. I had to peel it off. Not impressed. I thought that the place was really outdated. Also, needs a lot of updates. UPDATE: it’s been about a week and all my nails except for maybe one or two have lifted and I’ve had to glue down. This is just insane. This has never happened to me before these nails are just a mess. I don’t know what the heck he did to my nails, but it wasn’t normal. I don’t think he’s got his license to be honest almost 3 hours and $70 for my nails to be just coming off.

Christian was absolutely phenomenal! I have horrible cuticles and he did a great job cleaning them up and making my nails look stunning. I had a wonderful experience and everyone there was so kind—even my fellow customers!

Just had my first experience here and I loved it! Bill did an excellent job and took his time while doing my nails. He was gentle and pays attention to detail. I will be going back!

I was concerned about getting a pedicure with the COVID 19 virus still active. I called ahead and asked how they are making it safe. They require customers wear mask, take your temperature, ask you to wash your hands upon entering. They also ask you to sign a form that basically says you are symptom free and are not sick. I felt safe with everyone wearing a mask and they space out the customers. If you are concerned about the safety of a nail salon, choose this one. Make your appointment today. I had a great pedicure and felt safe!!
