J’adore Nails

First time at this salon, I have seen it in passing multiple times but never stopped. I always worry about stopping at bigger nail salons because I always seem to leave disappointed. I normally go to single shops with one nail tech. I have to say this place surpassed all expectations. It was a very clean and friendly environment. I had Ms. Ivy and you can tell she is a master at what she does. She was very friendly and took her time making sure my nails were absolutely perfect. I am SO impressed. I wish I could give 10 stars, because this experience deserves it! I will absolutely be coming back! I also love that they have gel x it is much better alternative to traditional acrylic which always leaves my nails brittle underneath! I absolutely recommend, you won’t regret spending your money here!

I had such a great experience at this salon! Jessica, my nail tech, did an amazing job with my Gel X nails—the design is perfect, and she made sure the length and shape were exactly how I wanted them. She was very gentle and mindful throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, and Lynn does an incredible job running the salon. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for beautiful nails and great service!

Jessica is amazing! She does excellent work and is great with my 9 year old daughter. Jessica was able to recreate the exact design my daughter wanted the first time we went. The second time we went my daughter wanted something added to the design she showed Jessica but wasn’t sure what to add. We told Jessica to add whatever she thought would look good with the design we showed her but to also keep in mind that they’re for a 9 year old. The picture is of the nails Jessica designed for my daughter. The original picture we showed her only had the blue part, Jessica added the white to give the design a little more which is exactly what my daughter wanted. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone wanting to get their nails done!

Overall good vibes! I didn't have the best experience with a male nail tech there. I showed an example photo of each nail a different shade of purple- he first painted my nails pink and brown instead of purple. I stopped him and asked him to use purple instead, and he seemed to have a hard time picking out the different shades. I don't know if he was color blind, honestly? At the time, I just wanted to go home with something so I let him finish the nails purple, even though it wasn't matching the picture. When I got home my fiance convinced me to give the salon a call because I wasn't happy with them. Customer service wise whoever answered the phone was very sweet and nice! She offered to have me come back to the salon and have a new tech redo them. I chose to do a simple sparkly nude instead of the purple to keep it easy and predictable. The new tech who redid my nails was clearly upset she had to redo them. She only did one coat of color instead of three, and it was very rushed. Overall, great customer service from the phone girl, I'm just not the most comfortable or confident with the nail techs so I wont be returning. If you have a simple request, I'm sure they'll be fine, but for more complicated requests you might want to try elsewhere.

Ivy is a MASTER at her craft. I'd had a full set done elsewhere and I was incredibly unhappy with how they came out. So when it was time for a fill, I came here. Ivy helped reshape the set I had, filled them in and did a beautiful job with the tips. To say I'm thrilled with them is an understatement. While there, I also saw the work of the other technicians. They all do beautiful work. I will absolutely be recommending this salon to anyone and everyone.
