I am extremely disappointed with the way this salon treated my daughter during what was supposed to be a fun birthday outing. She is five years old and accidentally smudged two nails before they fully dried—something completely normal for a young child. Instead of helping or simply fixing them, the staff refused to repair the nails and told me that my five-year-old “should have kept still while her nails dried.” They then went on to say they would not be able to service her again until she “learns to sit still” during the drying process. The tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh, and it turned what should have been a special birthday experience into something upsetting and traumatic for her. I’ve never encountered a salon so unwilling to show patience or kindness, especially toward a child. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming or family-friendly environment.

We just moved in the area. We are impressed by the professionalism and the dedication to provide the service needed for my daughter who is with child. We are definitely going to make this our nail salon and tell other about them. Thanks for putting a smile on my daughter’s face. Also for exceeding my expectations!

Best experience I’ve ever had Mimi has been my nail tech for 3 years. Very fast and nice work. iNails is the only shop I recommend.

Update: my second visit was great too! 💕💕 staff was wonderful as always and my nail tech today was extra talented. She helped me pick out the perfect spring color and the way she shaped and put length to my nails was perfection. Thank you so much! Bonus point for a flawless pedicure too! Thank you! First time coming here! Loved it! Relaxing environment and very nice staff. I got right in no wait ❤️ two different ladies did my toes and nails gel polish and they came out beautifully! 🎉 thank you!!!!
