2025-06-10I usually got good service. Last few visits haven’t been pleasant. I did notice that when Mr Tony would be in overseeing the service was better. I haven’t seen him in a while. I got a full set and they started lifting the same week. I eventually went back and got a soak off and asked for an overlay. The wait was longer that usual, but I didn’t mind. I was passed to another tech being that only one person specialized in a service another customer came in for. My service was rushed & poorly done. For those that are sure to ask “ why I left unhappy?”, when asked, I just gave an ( I’m done gesture), paid and left. I’m not a fan of letting the same business waste my time twice. I write reviews and then get contacted to come back so they can fix it or make it right. Why can’t I get the service I pay for done correctly the first time. The prices that are now being charged do not reflect the services given. I don’t write reviews seeking a refund, I write them to hold business accountable or lack there of. I also write praise reviews. * pink is service received and nude is after being fixed elsewhere*

2025-11-21First time at this salon and I will definitely be back. I got my nails dipped. Great customer service and the atmosphere is so comfortable. Close by my house and not overpriced.

2025-07-12I was traveling into Charleston and needed a refill. I entered “nail salon” into my GPS and I’m so thankful I chose this one. Tony greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me what I needed. He immediately asked me to take a seat and examined my nails. He fixed the broken ones and transformed my nails into something fit for a magazine. He reshaped them and made them look more natural. He took his time perfecting my nails so I knew it was going to be expensive but it wasn’t considering the great job that he did! I’ll come back to see Tony when I’m back in this area and I can’t wait! Ask for Tony if you’re in need of naturally perfect nails!
