2025-11-07Came here the morning of my wedding for a dip mani. Showed the tech a picture of the nails I wanted (chrome French mani- no extra designs or anything) and told her I wanted to keep them as long as possible. She promptly filed them very short. I’ve been growing my natural nails for months for my wedding and she literally ground them down in seconds. I kept expressing confusion and distress about how short she was making them and she simply laughed and *told me I was cute*. She eventually held my nails up to be approved and they were jagged, misshapen, and short. I immediately had a meltdown. My maid of honor’s nail tech exclaimed that she had also heard me tell my tech to keep them long and was shocked at how short she had cut them. They moved me to a different tech who had to put tips on. My nails turned out decent at best but there was no more time to fix them. Hard to tell from the pictures I’ve shared, but they were lumpy, sloppy, and not what I asked for. To top this all off, they gave me a meager 25% off to make up for the terrible experience, which isn’t nearly a respectable reparation. So much stress, poor remedy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
