SASSY NAIL BAR

i dont know it i had two bad visits or what. the first time i came the lady doing my nails was so rude, she didn’t even do that well to be that rude to customers. i got square and the nails were so bulky it almost looked like duck nails, i had to go home and file the sides down myself. costs me $65 (the lime green ones). second time i came the lady was a lot nicer, she asked me how i liked the shape of my nails and made sure i liked the color when she put it on the first nail. but the application was bad, acrylic was all over my fingers and cuticles. thats bad because you can get burns and infections from that. some of my nails were crooked too but she did a good job on the shape. cost me $60(blue green nails) then they lied about my wait time, the lady up front said 20 minutes 40 go by and then im sat, and its a big deal to me because i had to go to work right after. i love to tip people well but only if the service and outcome is good, and it pains me when i have to do a low tip or no tip. i hope this is taken as constructive criticism, i dont mean for this to be hateful or offensive.

I had a nail emergency and needed a place open on Sunday, thankfully, I found Sassy Nail Bar! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and patient. The salon was clean, with no overpowering chemical smell, and the decor was modern, classy, and beautiful. The prices were very reasonable, and Ken did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. He took his time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I left feeling so satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Sassy Nail Bar for anyone looking for quality service in a relaxing, stylish environment!

I’ve been to a few nail places in Columbia, I am military so I was looking for an American manicure. This is the first place that has gotten it right and I’m so satisfied with this natural look. I was serviced with cuticle trim and hand massage also, usually I have to ask for that separately. Vivian thank you so much!

Went to get my nails done here and they was so professional and nice. They gave me some water and a 10% discount. It’s also really clean and took me less than an hour.
