I had visited MiniLuxe for the first time for a manicure with performance polish. Was a really nice experience with Megan. I did unfortunately get a good amount of chipped nails my first couple days after. They had me come right in when I could, and I was able to sit with Emily. She redid all of my nails, and recommended an add on to hopefully help my nails last longer. Great service and she really did a wonderful job. Thank you so much MiniLuxe! Greatly appreciate the service thus far!

First time ever coming to Mini Luxe and i had such a great experience! Megan was so welcoming and did a great job on doing builder gel on my nails. Highly recommend!

Super expensive. Not sure if it was the nail tech or the product, but what they are advertising as "builder gel" is definitely NOT. I had a full set done, 1.5 weeks later a full nail just fell off. I went back and they actually re-did the whole set because the tech noticed the set was not properly done. Then 1 week later 2 nails fell off. I won't go back and certainly not for the prices they are charging.

I had a very OK experience here. I was warmly greeted by the staff. The location is extremely clean. My first experience was my brows- the tech asked the appropriate questions, and the service went well. I accepted the higher price tag (compared to other salons in the area offering the same service) because the salon was spotless. The second experience was getting my nails done. I was upsold on their quick dry polish (which I did not mind because it was raining heavily that day). My nail tech was kind, and was patient when I hesitated picking my color. However, the nails did not last the weekend. They do offer fixes within 5 days, but I was on vacation out of state. I had chipping on day 2, and on day 4 I needed to purchase remover to wipe them off. All sides lifted, and the only polish that stuck was on the center on the nail. Which is why I say my experience was OK. The location is very clean and clearly meant for pampering. I do not mind paying a higher price for cleanliness and quality, but I was very disappointed in the nails and will not be returning for that purpose.

Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. They physically feel uneven and I did not say anything because the artist did not make me feel welcomed. Completely inexcusable for $60.
