2025-09-07If I could rate 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE. Save your money. I went for a refill,gel with chrome and they are HORRIBLE! one nail is a complete different shade of green and my tech left blemishes on my nails and my one nail on my right hand is lifting upwards. NEVER GO THERE

2025-07-04I have visited this establishment a few times. On July 2nd I had my eyebrows waxed and also had a manicure and pedicure. Immediately after getting my eyebrows waxed the tech applied a gel which made my upper face felt as though it was on fire. I informed him and he put something called a cooling gel which made it worse. All night my upper face felt like it was on fire. I washed it and applied cool wet towel all night. I visited the pro nails on the 3rd and lodged my complaint and even showed the owner my burnt up forehead and eyelid. He laughed. Said all he used was baby oil and not one apology.
