2025-08-22I have come here on and off since I've lived in the area for several years. I will not go back, and I don't like leaving an unfavorable review but this place has changed! The salon is so dirty, polish bottles are covered in dust so bad you can't tell what color it is without pulling each one out. There is dust everywhere and it looks like the salon hasn't been cleaned in months. The steamed towels smell like mold and a weird fishy smell. The technicians table was filthy, not wiped down between customers. Worst part is she cut me twice, cuticles bleeding, all while touching this dirty surface. Never once told me to wash hands, didn't use anything to clean my cuts. I should have said something but the owner was a loud and intimidating male, I just wanted to leave. They used to be a great salon, offering you a water or cold drink, something has majorly changed.
