Superb Nails

First time using this salon. Was disappointed by how she rushed through my appointment. Left me with bubbles in my polish that are now starting to peel. The polish underneath is still wet. Paid 55 for them only to not have the correct shape and now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed because they cannot fit me in until next week.

I know the difference they ate very great with pedi and nails.

I’m very sad of the way I was treated today, they didn’t have the time to finish what I requested and the lady ruined my nail and they didn’t even care, very sad because this was the place I always used, I loved everything but this is the second time they do this, first time I didn’t say anything but today I couldn’t take it, they took my money like nothing, have fracture in my knee and she pulled it twice even when I told her not to do that, I’m very disappointed and will never come back here

When I tell you I go no where else. I don’t. Leta is soo talented these are some of my newest nails. They are also very reasonable with prices. I would highly highly recommend.

Original rating (4/5) Nice people! They always take me as a walk-in on Mondays. They don't seem rude either! Language barrier/accent misinterpretation might be a slight hiccup depending on the person your with. Kelly is super talented and I really recommend going to her! (Picture is for this review!) New rating (2/5) I always liked my services done here in the past don't get me wrong. But the past recent visits have been less than ideal. This most recent time the lady who did my nails gave me lumpy nails and didn't file my nails evenly. She also didn't cover part of my nail. The gem she put on one of my fingers is off center. I originally went in wanting to get a red ombre but she said she doesn't do ombres so I switched to a simple black at the end with a gem. She cut one of my cuticle nail's too deep and now it's peeling. The second to last time here I also had uneven nails and had to file them when I went home. She also put nail polish over my skin (I think it's the cuticle) so it made the polish lift up in less than a week. As I said in my original review though, they are super nice people, but there can be communication errors with some of the staff! I personally recommend Kelly since I've never had a bad experience with her and I love what services she's done on me. Unsure on going back here since this has happened the last two times.
