2025-10-28Friendly staff. I went for a spa pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was great and relaxing but I will have to get my nails re-done. I showed a photo of the color I was looking for and they said that they could do it. They never reached out or try to offer to fix. So they get 1 star because I cant give them zero. The dip is rough and unfinished, thick and shape isn't right. Asked for almond and cane out in between round and just round thick nails. Acrylic is still stuck on my cuticles and some parts don't have any. The color is not what I asked for but it was "similar ".I wouldn't have a problem if the nails were right. I will call to see if any resolution offered. Also paying with a credit card was a problem . Theres a surcharge of 10$ when paying with a card . I couldn't make a withdrawal because it's a credit card. $142 for a pedicure and dip with magnetic polish. Gave them second chance and not happy . The last photos is what I showed as soon as I walked in .

2025-09-01Very good experience! They accepted two walk-ins late in the day with no problem. We did two full sets and two pedicures. They didn’t make me feel bad about getting a design, and even after I decided I didn’t like the color I chose, the tech was super nice about me asking to change the color. Will come back again!

2025-08-20I originally became a customer when the salon first opened. Loved it. I moved to Florida, came back to the area and once again became a loyal customer. This is the only place that services my nails. Now, I get my facials here too!! Andy and Leah are friendly and care about their customers. The salon is bright, clean, professional and the staff are great. If you haven’t stopped by, you are missed the opportunity to get experience their “salon/spa” feel.

They make you feel welcome and I appreciate their services. If you haven’t tried them yet you need to do so as soon as possible! I enjoy the service I get at Optima Nails!!!!
